Does anybody out there know the name of an attorney that might be able to help me get my hitch fixed with my Ford van? It took them a month to fix it and they had my vehicle for 8 days. They hitch was installed incorrectly and it cracked on both sides. It also busted up the subframe. It took two to three weeks for them to decide if they were going to help me. Told me it was a two-day job. And then it took 8 days. I’ve been at the bottom of their priority list and the hitch that they installed is only for 3500 lbs. My trailer is 5100 lb. It is the wrong hitch. I’ve reached out to Peoria Ford with the problem and they’re putting me off. Any help I could get would be really appreciated. It’s affecting my business. Thanks for reading!
